Hi, Dr. Julie. I follow you on various platforms and as someone who studied psychology and who suffers from mental illness, I love your videos. I wanted to thank you for your 10 minute meditation video. This is my second time watching in a week and I was pleasantly surprised to be able to follow it without getting frustrated and being in a worse mood. The first time it felt relaxing, this time I was uncomfortable and crying but your soothing voice and reassurance helped me to stay with the feeling instead of avoiding as I usually do. Thanks again. Also your kids are adorable. Take care of yourself.
Thank you so much Julie. This is my ‘go to me time’, your advice and knowledge is so helpful.
