I’m a Clinical Psychologist, online educator, vlogger, and owner of a private practice in Hampshire, England. I have devoted my career to learning everything I can about mental health and the intricacies of the human mind.

For over a decade, I have been using this knowledge to help people through the worst times in their lives. In my thriving private practice I have the privilege of working with a diverse group of clients from all walks of life, each at different stages of their personal growth. From school leavers, new parents, students to business leaders, entrepreneurs, military personnel, professional athletes and celebrities.

It is my mission to help as many people as I can to thrive. I want to make top quality mental health education accessible online. This means that even those who cannot access therapy can get off to the best start in their recovery journey.
