Dr Julie Smith is currently available for online therapy sessions on a private one to one basis. Julie sees her clients online via Skype from her private therapy room. All sessions are totally private and are exclusive to you.

 

Free Online 15 Minute Consultation

Before seeing Dr Julie Smith she offers you a free 15 minute no obligation consultation over the phone or Skype. You can use this time to ask any questions you may have about therapy. Dr Julie can explain the options you have and how the assessment process works.

 

Initial Online Assessment

Dr Julie provides an extended 90 minute online appointment for the initial psychological assessment. This gives you lots of time to talk at your own pace. In the session you can discuss in detail about the problems you need support with, the goals you have for therapy, and to ask questions.

 

Online Therapy Sessions

Online Therapy is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Therefore, once you and Dr Julie have agreed to work together, you can discuss how many sessions may be required and how frequent these need to be. The structure of each online session will depend on the type of support you need and your goals for therapy.

 

Confidentiality and Privacy Policy

Your confidentiality is a priority. At the start of the assessment Dr Julie will talk through the confidentiality agreement so that you feel safe to share your private information with a full understanding of what happens with that information.
